This vacation home on the Mediterranean coast has undergone a complete renovation, with every detail redesigned. The layout has been completely reconfigured and the electrical and plumbing systems entirely redone to create a home that is contemporary, functional, and open to its surroundings. The heart of the project revolves around a large living area combining a kitchen and living room, organized around a suspended FOCUS fireplace, a truly sculptural element. Large bay windows open onto the infinity pool in the foreground and the sea in the background, blurring the boundary between indoors and outdoors. Outside, a bar with built-in benches naturally extends the living spaces, accompanied by the creation of a pétanque court and a garden surrounding the house, blending in with the existing pine trees. The choice of colors, wallpaper, and furniture contributes to a sunny and soothing atmosphere. The large-format tile flooring, used both indoors and outdoors in an adapted version, ensures perfect continuity. The tones and materials, inspired by the sun and the sea, invite you to relax and enjoy a typically Mediterranean lifestyle.
