Jouvence Project - Dijon

Complete renovation of this small 1930s house with timeless charm. The partitioned spaces have been redesigned to create a large open-plan living area, connecting the kitchen and living room for a more fluid and bright flow. A white lacquered kitchen was created to bring clarity and brightness to this room, which has only one window. The central island becomes the convivial heart of the house, designed for welcoming and sharing. The project also includes the restoration of the parquet floors, painting, a complete renovation of the electrical system, and the choice of black light fixtures in the kitchen. A spare office was set up on the ground floor, while the master bedroom was renovated in shades of dark blue, inviting calm and intimacy. A large custom-made dressing room in black Valchromat completes this space. A sober, elegant, and timeless ensemble.
