Victor Hugo Project - Dijon

Nestled on the top floor of a characterful apartment in the heart of Dijon, this renovation project has breathed new life into an aging property. The reworking of the space has transformed a series of small, partitioned rooms into a welcoming and bright loft. The semi-open kitchen now centers around a custom-made glass wall, while the connection between the parquet flooring and cement tiles subtly delineates the different spaces. A new staircase leads to the attic, which has been fully converted into two offices. Painted blue, this staircase becomes a striking feature, adding character to this central room of the apartment. The whole project is coherent, efficient, and resolutely contemporary.
