Chevrotin Project - Saint Romain

This village house, nestled in the heart of Burgundy and surrounded by private vineyards, has undergone a complete renovation designed to create a warm and pleasant vacation home. The project involved a new layout, with the creation of a bedroom on the ground floor with its own shower room, offering comfort and independence. The kitchen has been moved to the old barn, which has been completely renovated to take advantage of the generous space and direct connection to the outdoors. The floors have been redone in travertine, creating an authentic and timeless atmosphere, while all the door and window frames have been replaced to improve comfort and performance. Outside, the creation of a pool house and the renovation of the terraces complete the project, inviting relaxation and conviviality. The entire renovation was carried out in collaboration with high-quality contractors, with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
